With a PhD in Distributed Computing & Artificial Intelligence and over a decade of hands on technical development for clients as diverse as BT, Coca-Cola, Bupa and the Care Quality Commission, Alessandro has an in-depth knowledge and ability to conceive of, architect and manage the implementation of complex yet coherent IT solutions in a broad range of environments. Perhaps most notably, he is also known for occasionally bringing his homemade Italian desserts into the office!
Brian is a project management, transformational change and business operations expert having built up a broad range of experience across all sizes of organizations, from start-ups and SMEs, to national and international businesses. His delivery of software and process deployment projects extends across a range of different ERP, CRM and CMS systems for a client base which includes international corporations with multi-million pound project budgets.
Working with a broad range of clients from global publishing firms, to airlines and banks, through to key players in the not-for-profit sector Guy has developed a keen eye for spotting strategic opportunities and then bringing them to realisation. His ability to view situations from a number of different technical and non-technical angles simultaneously lends real strength to his insights and the outcomes he has been able to achieve for clients throughout his career.
Having co-owned and run the production department of a successful London based digital agency since 2000 Joe has headed projects for clients as diverse as global charities, international publishers, large membership organisations and NGOs. With a strong background in all aspects of the design, development, delivery and management of complex projects Joe is well placed to support and steer clients through their often challenging programmes of change.
